We are two ordinary Italian-blooded sisters with years of experience cooking for our families. Neither of us has any claim to fame as a professional chef. Both of us have experienced trying new recipes and failing miserably at times. We have burnt the best of dishes and added the wrong ingredients to many. But, through it all we kept in mind what our mama always said “take the time to learn to cook.”
